6. Cadre restructuring of SBCO Cadre.

7. Filling up vacant post [LSG/HSGII/HSGI]

8. Policy offensives [Decentralization of RD/MIS work]

9. Core banking and postal bank.

10. Shortage of Staff due to non filling vacant post.

11. Resolutions.

12. Election of office Bearers.

13. Any other items with the permission of chair.
